Key Holder 16 Hour

Lead from the front on the shop floor as a Keyholder, ensuring smooth store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing when management is absent. Deliver exceptional customer service, support and coach Stylists to hit personal and store KPIs, and maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards. Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards while supporting an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
