Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Network Operations Center (NOC) primary point of contact for problem escalations and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues
  • •Operate as network technical lead for IP and NM activities and provide escalation support to Tier I NOC
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve logical and physical network issues, identifying trends and systemic problems
  • •Maintain and update network documentation including CLR, network diagrams, and IP routing spreadsheets
  • •Administer network management applications (e.g., SolarWinds) and ensure firmware upgrades and compliance
