•Research new sector trends and apply them to our platforms.
•Collaborate with the Development team to identify opportunities for product improvements.
•Work alongside development, architecture, database, user experience and data & analytics teams to co-create the platform.
•Contribute to innovations from mobile applications to machine learning to simplify the user experience.

Key Requirements

•Formation in Diseño Gráfico, Web or related fields.
•5 years of experience in similar UX design roles.
•Knowledge of user-centered design and interaction.
•Reside near our sites: Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.
•Experience designing web products with a focus on user experience.
