Serve sports customers by describing products, demonstrating use and handling, and educating them on brand standards, specifications, warranties, and care. Advise customers on ranges that fit their needs while resolving complaints and delivering exceptional service. Drive sales targets through sales techniques, up-selling and cross-selling, maintain accurate pricing/promotions and sales records, and process payments as a cashier. Support merchandising, loss prevention, inventory controls, and after-sales repair/return processes.
