Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slippage.
  • •Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized; apply best practices across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting; monitor progress of multiple projects to ensure design standards are followed.
  • •Manage project interfaces and information flow through trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communication; forecast and update key milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with “CM at Risk” agreements and general contractor change order negotiations.
  • •Aerospace and/or commercial construction experience.
  • •Strong organizational/management skills, effective presentation skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore.
