Job Summary

Lead and supervise AFGRE Project Managers and Project Engineers to deliver multiple construction and asset development projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Define and manage project scope and change control, run constructability and value engineering reviews, and chair key progress/commercial/quality/safety meetings. Oversee construction daily activities, site resourcing, and HSE compliance, manage consultants/engineers/contractors through close-out, and ensure projects are handed over to city authorities and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise AFGRE Project Managers and Project Engineers to manage multiple projects within CFC.
•Ensure scope of work, schedule, and budget are clearly defined by senior management and project participants.
•Manage scope changes and comply with AFGRE change control procedures for necessary changes.
•Participate in constructability and value engineering reviews to achieve cost savings and expedite construction.
•Supervise construction site activities, monitor resources, ensure HSE compliance, chair relevant meetings, and oversee close-out deliverables and handover.

Key Requirements

•12–20 years of professional experience in project and construction management.
•Strong expertise managing large-scale construction projects end-to-end.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and project planning tools.
•Solid understanding of construction principles, standard practices, and procedures.
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage timelines, drive outcomes, and communicate with stakeholders.
