Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope and objectives and understand functional requirements.
  • •Prepare UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and validate end-to-end workflows.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users and provide necessary support.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues in collaboration with development and QA teams.
  • •Document UAT results, feedback, defects, and resolutions, and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and interpret functional requirements.
  • •Experience preparing comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios and covering critical business scenarios and edge cases.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation, plus exposure to Agile methodology and sprint-based testing cycles.
