Job Summary

Supervise and support tellers to deliver professional customer service while monitoring and training transactional processing staff. Lead banking center operational performance, including cash operations, access control, audit and security procedures, and resolution of operational variances. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics. Drive client experience and assist with service needs, scheduling, coaching, and cross-selling to deepen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee center cash operations (cashboxes, vault, ATM, TCRs) to manage, balance, and secure cash within policy limits.
•Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, using judgment for approvals and overrides to prevent fraud and errors.
•Lead operational performance by monitoring key risk areas (tellers’ difference, operational losses, audit controls, out-of-balance resolution) and supporting quarterly and annual audits.
•Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics, including audit and security procedures during open hours and at opening/closing.
•Lead client experience efforts and team management: coach transactional processing staff, maintain workflow and scheduling, and support cross-selling and referrals to deepen customer relationships.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2–5 years of experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
•Must meet background credit check requirements and comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
•Complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment to be considered for the role.
