Job Summary

Participate in holding-level cost management for the Edenred Group. Support monthly close activities, recognize costs and IT service recharges, perform analytical reviews of OPEX/CAPEX evolution, and track intercompany invoicing flows. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for Edenred SE, update KPIs in the group consolidation tool (HFM), and support digitalization and improvement of management control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly close activities with accounting, consolidation, business line controlling teams, and FP&A.
•Ensure cost recognition and IT services recharges for the holding in close collaboration with accounting.
•Analyze and perform consistency checks on cost evolution across departments, including OPEX/CAPEX and related items (IT projects, personnel costs, travel expenses).
•Track intercompany invoicing flows of the holding’s IT services to subsidiaries and upload KPIs in the group consolidation tool (HFM).
•Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for Edenred SE (holding), including budget centralization and budget reviews; support procedure writing and digitalization projects.

•Enrolled in a business school/IAE or preparing a degree in Management & Finance.
•At least BAC+4 level.
