Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and regularly update the site’s digitization vision and lead implementation of the aligned site digital master plan.
  • •Develop the site digital strategy aligned to business needs, BU/category, and corporate objectives, incorporating site leadership priorities and scaled P&G digital platforms.
  • •Manage digital talent development: staffing/succession planning, qualification, upskilling, and coaching for GIA audits as plant SPOC.
  • •Coordinate implementation of loss analysis consolidation to identify areas for standards and value creation, and lead adoption of corporate digital standards and category/BU platforms.
  • •Own the site digital business continuity plan, lead annual digital BCP updates and incidents, and drive continuous systemic improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Use operational expertise (RTT/IWS Manager) to conduct loss analysis and value stream mapping, including replenishment centric loss analysis (RCLA).
  • •Understand digital transformation strategies and data analytics, including data management tools such as SQL and Tableau.
  • •Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to align priorities and enhance team problem-solving.
  • •Have knowledge of IT Operations, project management for medium to large initiatives, and integrated risk management for compliance and governance.
  • •Serve as a key trainer for the digital accelerator program and be qualified on auditing processes (FDA external audit training recommended).
