Lead Bybit’s global performance marketing efforts, owning paid acquisition outcomes including Paid eFTD, new user net profit, and ROI-positive scaling. Build and execute full-funnel strategies across channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, optimizing creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages. Develop data and attribution frameworks (including MMP and CUID mapping) to improve tracking and analysis, manage budgets against performance targets, and collaborate cross-functionally while leading a team and managing agencies/vendors.
