Job Summary

Drive total store operations to improve profitability and efficiency by leading and coaching the team alongside the Operations & Visual Manager. Manage inventory accuracy and shrink through effective inventory processes, investigation, and escalation of process/system gaps. Oversee daily operational execution across receiving, shipment, replenishment, floor set updates, and stockroom standards, while partnering on budgets, vendors, facilities, and performance feedback for Operations Associates.

•Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
•Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion visual standards and support safe, efficient operations through strong stockroom standards and processes.
•Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; oversee Operations Associates including recruitment, development, and performance feedback.
