Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, set up, layout, and perform assembly, disassembly, balance, test, modification, and repair of product.
  • •Troubleshoot to determine causes of malfunctions and recommend/implement corrective actions for non-conforming product.
  • •Perform quality control tests (hardness tests, micros analysis, calibration of gages, equipment, and instrumentation, plus receiving/dimensional/visual inspections).
  • •Plan sequence of operations, schedule/prioritize work, and participate in preparing or modifying work instructions and tooling/equipment.
