Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead vendor negotiations across multiple spend categories, including pricing, discounts, payment terms, ramps, and renewal protections.
  • •Run competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), build bid comparisons, and document outcomes and realized savings.
  • •Own the renewal calendar for categories and coordinate stakeholder engagement to prevent surprise auto-renewals.
  • •Process purchase requests through intake-to-pay, partnering with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance on contracts, risk review, provisioning, and budget/PO treatment.
  • •Analyze purchasing and spend data to identify savings opportunities, pricing outliers, cycle-time trends, and provide reporting and forecasts to leadership and budget owners.
