Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers and SDETs across manual, automation, performance, and security testing.
  • •Define and drive end-to-end integration and system quality strategy, test methodology, and release quality gates.
  • •Own end-to-end test planning/execution for cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS applications (functional, regression, scalability, resiliency, upgrade testing).
  • •Champion shift-left quality using AI, automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, and observability in the development lifecycle.
  • •Assess release readiness with Engineering/Product leaders, manage risk, and make data-driven go/no-go decisions based on quality metrics and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •10+ years of software quality engineering experience, including 4+ years in a QA leadership/people management role.
  • •Proven experience testing cloud-based/SaaS platforms with strong networking domain experience (switching, wireless, SD-WAN, or network management) preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience building/scaling test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, Robot Framework) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
  • •Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes) plus cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
