Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of multi-agent, multi-turn simulation environments and architecture for high-throughput AI agent simulations
  • •Develop ML pipelines to extract user personas and simulation goals from historical conversations to generate realistic scenarios
  • •Build evaluation frameworks and scoring infrastructure to benchmark agent behavior and non-deterministic outputs against defined criteria
  • •Define robust API contracts and system boundaries bridging telemetry data, simulation engines, and remote execution environments
  • •Mentor senior engineers, lead architectural reviews, and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and observability

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade Python and Go
  • •Deep proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks and LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
  • •Experience building backend infrastructure for AI/ML products and integrating with LLMs
  • •Strong ability to design and implement high-throughput, distributed systems and stateful workflows
