Job Summary

Lead cybersecurity strategy, advisory, and transformation programs for major clients, shaping delivery outcomes and measurable business impact. Drive growth of the cybersecurity business in the Netherlands by identifying and closing opportunities, partnering with sales and alliances, and positioning NTT DATA as a trusted security partner. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, lead complex engagements, and provide thought leadership across core cybersecurity domains while mentoring and scaling the practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive growth of the cybersecurity business in the Netherlands by identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities.
•Partner with sales, account teams, and alliance partners to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies and support pre-sales activities.
•Advise C-level executives and below on cybersecurity strategy, risk, and transformation.
•Lead large and complex cybersecurity engagements to ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
•Provide thought leadership across cybersecurity strategy, governance/risk/compliance, security architecture, cloud and infrastructure security, IAM, incident response, crisis management, and cyber resilience; mentor senior consultants and managers.

Key Requirements

•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•6-10 years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in consulting or professional services with leadership responsibility.
•Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, teams, and senior client engagements.
•Experience in business development and pre-sales for cybersecurity offerings.
•Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CCSP, and/or OSCP).
