Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver hot and cold items by following food servers’ orders and clearly describe dishes when delivered.
  • •Stock kitchen runners’ windows and prepare condiments, silverware, and other items for food delivery.
  • •Professionally serve and clear items, bring soiled dishes and service items to appropriate areas, and help keep kitchen expedite areas clean and compliant.
  • •Maintain bus station, stock rooms, and corridors in order; manage inventory and obtain approval for stock requisitions.
  • •Act as messenger between kitchen and front of house, expedite food when necessary, and notify management of shortages or malfunctioning equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Food Safety/Health Card required.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Basic reading and writing skills.
  • •Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
