Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with capital calls and distributions for client funds, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • •Provide audit/tax support and pre/post close services to fund clients.
  • •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and LP communications.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, GTM and operations teams to improve the Investor Services software.
  • •Mentor junior accountants and help develop best-in-class Fund Administration service.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of closed-end fund accounting experience
  • •Accounting or finance degree
  • •Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to judge when to escalate
  • •Experience mentoring/coaching junior accountants
