AVP Senior Database Engineer

Manage and enhance SQL Server and enterprise databases to ensure performance, availability, and security. Oversee database installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, backups, restore procedures, and capacity planning. Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse support using Snowflake (and other platforms). Design disaster recovery and high-availability solutions, enforce database standards, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures while mentoring teammates.
