Job Summary

Support workforce development initiatives in the Human Resources Division, partnering with Business Units to identify internal mobility candidates needing career coaching and skilling support. Deliver career advisory and transition programme enrolments, perform competency-based role matching, and lead conversations to align expectations for timely placement and development. Build individualized skilling/placement plans, manage an internal placement pipeline, and own programme governance through KPI tracking, dashboards, and quarterly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver career support including career advisory/coaching and Career Transition Programme enrolment, and drive participation.
•Perform competency-based role matching and provide advisory to line managers and employees.
•Lead conversations across divisions, hiring managers, and employees to align expectations and support timely placement and development.
•Create individualized skilling and placement plans by coordinating training, OJT, and coaching to improve role readiness.
•Own internal placement pipeline, manage bottlenecks, broker opportunities across SIA Group companies, and handle governance with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and business partnering.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to drive follow-ups and closure across multiple parties.
•Strong communication skills for managers and employees, with tactful handling of change-sensitive cases.
•Good project management capability and comfort with data tracking, dashboarding, and reporting.
