Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to a multi-department team to plan, design, construct, and commission enabling works and utilities for the Entertainment Resort Complex.
  • •Direct all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, strategy, procurement management, and stakeholder engagement to meet budget, quality, schedule, safety, creative, and guest experience targets.
  • •Manage planning and execution of enabling infrastructure and non-park developments (e.g., mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation, utility supplies, energy plant, process water facility, rainwater harvesting).
  • •Maintain project budget and schedule, control changes to minimise change orders, avoid contract claims and disputes, and manage interfaces between project participants.
  • •Ensure project procedures and document control are followed (correspondence, RFIs, directives, drawings, submittals, minutes, trackers, notices, pay applications) and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Management or a related field.
  • •Experience in construction project management and delivering infrastructure construction projects across design and construction phases.
  • •Experience in project scheduling, estimating, bidding processes, and negotiations.
  • •Strong knowledge of enabling infrastructure and utilities (e.g., mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, Teams, and Power Apps; Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software (AutoCAD and Revit preferred).
