Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage small project teams on small projects, and serve as discipline lead engineer on mid-to large-size projects.
  • •Provide specialized technical input and technical direction for studies and design efforts, including presenting solutions to clients.
  • •Perform quality control reviews of work developed by junior engineers and contribute to technical proposals.
  • •Provide engineering budget and schedule estimates for large projects and oversee technical resources to meet requirements.
  • •Support tender activities including contractor pre-qualification, tender queries, tender return reviews, interviews, and site inspection meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business.
  • •Strong technical understanding of building services, with knowledge of heating/cooling pipework, ventilation, and control systems.
  • •Significant track record leading multi-disciplinary design teams on multiple projects simultaneously, including project/client management within a defined fee budget and program.
  • •Experience in using building services engineering software, particularly Autodesk Revit, and the ability to lead BIM-designed projects.
  • •Ability to mentor engineers and support technical proposals, tender queries, and client relationships.
