Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead functional configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, including cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.
  • •Resolve variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, ensuring accurate and automated RBNI reporting.
  • •Investigate and fix stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS and ArsenalOS (manufacturing/execution systems and WMS).
  • •Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components for accurate COGS and inventory valuation.
  • •Configure systems for DCAA and GAAP compliance (including contract accounting auditability) and evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with regression testing before production releases.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for manufacturing companies, with Aerospace & Defense experience preferred.
  • •Deep transactional accounting knowledge including receipt accruals, landed cost management (LCM), and work-in-process (WIP) costing, plus hands-on ERP capability development in Oracle or SAP.
  • •Ability to write SQL queries for reconciliation and experience with OTBI for financial reporting.
  • •Familiarity with government contracting accounting requirements (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and translating them into ERP system settings.
  • •U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder status required; able to be in-office full time and travel up to 25–50%.
