Own the model risk management framework and drive model governance across Ebury’s Finance, Operations, Analytics, Decision Science, Sales, and Marketing. Lead validation review, monitor model performance, ensure documentation, and keep up with evolving regulatory requirements. Improve data quality feeding models by partnering with data teams and maximizing value from the Data Observability platform. Deliver reporting to Risk Committees and executives and provide training to raise model risk awareness.
