Insomniac - Human Resources Coordinator

Support the day-to-day Human Resources team by coordinating recruitment and internship efforts, and delivering smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences. Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives, benefits administration support, and HR administrative workflows such as maintaining employee life-cycle files and scheduling meetings. Serve as an in-office HR point of contact when needed, liaise with IT on employee changes, and help ensure deadlines and processes run accurately in a fast-paced environment.
