Lead strategic public policy and government relations engagement across Spain and Portugal from our Madrid base. Develop and execute policy strategies aligned to business objectives, build relationships with government officials and regulators, and monitor legislative/regulatory developments to assess business impact. Represent TikTok at meetings and industry events, collaborate with Legal, Communications, and Product to ensure compliance, oversee external consultancies and trade associations, and deliver regular reporting on risks and advocacy efforts.

•Develop and implement comprehensive government relations and public policy strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
•Cultivate relationships with government officials, regulators, industry associations, and other key stakeholders to influence policy outcomes.
•Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments and provide strategic recommendations based on their business impact.
•Represent the company at governmental meetings, public hearings, and industry conferences by articulating company positions on policy issues.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Communications, Product) and oversee external consultancies and trade associations to ensure initiatives align with internal objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical skills to assess complex policy issues and their implications for the business.
