Key Responsibilities

  • •Create robust, reproducible scientific workflows using Nextflow and make them available to customers for analysis and visualization.
  • •Develop and deliver solutions that increase adoption of Seqera products within the customer base.
  • •Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud data infrastructures to process data for NGS, imaging analysis, machine learning, and large datasets.
  • •Understand the biological applications and scientific needs behind relevant scientific workflows.
  • •Engage with customers to gather requirements, coordinate project execution, train users, and communicate service delivery updates through writing and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of Nextflow and nf-core pipeline development approaches.
  • •Experience programming with Groovy, Python, and R for pipeline development.
  • •Experience with analysis pipelines and algorithms for omics data types (e.g., genomics, proteomics, metabolomics).
  • •Hands-on experience with HPC and public cloud architectures (AWS, Google, Azure), with a willingness to learn more.
