Job Summary

Lead the Delivery and SDK team that connects developers to Statsig and safely delivers experiment and feature-gate experiences to end users globally. Define the technical strategy for highly available, low-latency evaluation and delivery systems, while improving SDK ergonomics, reliability, performance, consistency, and documentation. Expand SDK coverage across new platforms and set shared architecture and quality standards across a large polyglot codebase.

•Lead and grow the team responsible for Statsig’s global delivery infrastructure and 30+ SDK ecosystem.
•Define technical strategy for highly available, low-latency evaluation and delivery systems at global scale.
•Improve SDK ergonomics, performance, reliability, consistency, and documentation to make Statsig easy to adopt.
•Expand SDK coverage as new languages, frameworks, runtimes, and computing platforms emerge.
•Partner with product, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to solve integration challenges and shape the developer platform’s future.

•Broad technical range across multiple programming languages, runtimes, and application platforms.

•Strong understanding of API and SDK design, including ergonomics, backward compatibility, performance, release management, and safe adoption.
•Experience building highly available, low-latency systems where failures can directly affect customers’ end-user experiences.
