Welder I MIG (1st Shift)

Perform welding and grinding operations on assemblies using wire feed arc welding machines as part of an on-site team (5 days). You’ll focus on learning the process during an introductory 6-month period while supporting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. The role requires reading and understanding TK prints, completing the GMAW 1 welding course (for qualifying internal/external paths), and meeting quality metrics like scrap dollars and weld rejection.
