Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input to service continuity planning and implement plans to ensure resilience across SFTP, desktop services, virtual environments, and endpoint technologies.
  • •Manage the full service lifecycle for SFTP applications and EUC services, ensuring business and user requirements are met while delivering ongoing value.
  • •Maintain service performance, security, and compliance standards and support integration of enhancements and technology changes using Agile and continuous improvement.
  • •Provide governance and oversight of third-party suppliers delivering SFTP and EUC services to meet contractual obligations, service levels, and performance targets.
  • •Drive continual service improvement initiatives to enhance user experience, increase stability, reduce operational risk, optimize service costs, and manage service risks/issues/dependencies with appropriate controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 60,000

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in IT Service Management in a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • •Experience managing and governing services delivered through external suppliers and managed service providers.
  • •Hold ITIL Foundation certification and either an ITIL Intermediate qualification or equivalent service management capability training.
  • •Knowledge of SFTP and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, application support, and secure data exchange services.
  • •Knowledge of End User Computing technologies including endpoint management, desktop and laptop services, software deployment, virtual desktop infrastructure, and mobile device management.
