Act as policyholder-side attorney handling complex insurance recovery matters for corporate clients, including coverage disputes across D&O, Cyber, CGL, E&O, and Environmental lines. Lead litigation support, advise on recovery strategy, interpret policies, draft pleadings, and collaborate with insurers, brokers, and defense counsel to advance recovery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings involving D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/Business Interruption and other first- and third-party coverages.
•Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and a broad range of coverage issues.
•Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions.
•Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal memoranda.
•Assist clients in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims and other significant losses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 310,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
•Admission to the applicable state bar and in good standing, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
•At least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, insurance coverage litigation, or policyholder-side coverage counseling.
•Demonstrated experience representing policyholders and experience counseling clients on insurance recovery.
•Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
