Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute against organizational business plans as part of the Human Resources team.
  • •Support onboarding/orientation, compensation, performance appraisal, and benefits management including annual enrollment.
  • •Provide guidance to managers and team members on policy interpretation and application to ensure compliance.
  • •Support HR initiatives for organizational culture, change management, and talent development; deliver classroom presentations and training.
  • •Own HR administrative activities including HR reporting, data analysis, exit processes, and employee transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (preferred).
  • •2+ years of HR experience in an HR business partner environment (preferred).
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Preferred conflict resolution experience and progressive HR project work; strong analytical skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
