Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of performance and quality, delivering reliable, client-focused outputs with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Plan and execute work effectively, identifying opportunities to add value and escalating appropriately when needed.
  • •Administer and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and control of variances and cashflow.
  • •Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering within governance and best practice.
  • •Provide commercial leadership to improve forecast accuracy and commercial advice, ensuring timely agreement of final accounts; support internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or HNC-level qualification.
  • •NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
  • •Cost/commercial management experience on energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or infrastructure (water/utilities/rail/roads/aviation) projects.
  • •Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios.
  • •Professional chartership (preferable).
