Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with individual or small groups of children as directed by the PE teacher(s).
  • •Assist in planning and preparing PE lessons and activities, supporting curriculum and instructional materials under guidance.
  • •Supervise and provide guidance to students during PE classes, ensuring safety and adherence to rules and regulations.
  • •Organize and set up equipment and materials, demonstrate and instruct proper techniques and skills for physical activities and sports.
  • •Assist with attendance/performance records, support student behavior management strategies, and help organize school sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school education or equivalent, with additional certifications in physical education or sports-related fields as a plus.
  • •Experience working with children or in a school setting, preferably in a physical education context.
  • •Strong knowledge of various sports, physical activities, and fitness concepts.
  • •Coaching experience at school and club level, including Level 1/2 coach experience in netball.
  • •Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
