•Define and refine product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priority for the CRM platform supporting sales capabilities.
•Own product goals and success metrics, enabling analytics-driven decision making and tracking change requests and user satisfaction.
•Develop tracking and reporting to evaluate product performance post-launch and determine future investment.
•Coordinate communication and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog, including handoffs to Engineering.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of product development and delivery experience with a track record defining product constructs and delivering roadmaps.
•Demonstrated ability launching software or services with engineering teams and/or working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
•Proficiency with OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
•Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), specifically the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
