•Be the point of contact for all technical topics within your squad and redirect to the right squad members as needed.
•Coach and follow software engineers in the squad, including leading performance reviews and career-path assessments calibration.
•Support the squad by maintaining and improving product features and codebase, and ensuring the team ships valuable features with quality.
•Partner with CPTO and the Engineering Director in monthly meetings to celebrate successes and discuss technical/organizational challenges.
•Work with the product manager to define product vision and set the technical direction, and drive process improvements and technical innovations across squads.

Key Requirements

•Have 2+ years of serving as a tech lead/mentor/coach for a team of software engineers working on a SaaS platform.

•Have significant full stack programming experience and experience with Agile methodologies and SaaS software architecture.
•Bring a product-oriented mindset focused on customers and customer experience.
•Fluent English (US/UK) at B2 level or equivalent (FR), with excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
