Job Summary

Strategic Finance Lead responsible for end-to-end financial operations, FP&A, and RevOps within our BizOps team. Own month-end close, optimize collections, automate internal financial processes, and serve as the external face to accountants and investors. Balance strategic board-level reviews with hands-on system integrations (HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks) to drive efficient, scalable finance for a healthcare data platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee end-to-end management of banking, invoicing, bookkeeping, and FP&A as the first dedicated Finance hire on the BizOps team.
•Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring books are pristine by the 15th of each month.
•Drive RevOps and system integrations (e.g., HubSpot to Stripe, Stripe to QuickBooks) to support Sales and financial workflows.
•Track and improve collections rate, budget vs. actuals, and departmental purchase request turnaround.
•Represent Metriport to accountants, investors, vendors, and customers as the finance lead.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually
