Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead embedded Forward Deployed Engineers to rapidly build, debug, and validate AI application prototypes toward production-grade deployment.
  • •Direct technical architecture for AI and cloud-based systems, integrating client application APIs and data systems per client security requirements.
  • •Establish high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
  • •Identify reusable application patterns and technical issues, translate them into product feature requests, and drive feature development.
  • •Partner with client engineering teams to ensure successful launch, long-term success, and strong adoption of AI applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • •5+ years of client-facing technical architecture and delivery experience, including prototype development and production-grade delivery.
  • •2+ years of technical team management experience.
  • •Experience with AI applications including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agent development.
  • •Experience designing cloud-based architectures using cloud service APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and high-availability architectures.
