Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach at an outlet location. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion styling while driving sales goals via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection.
