Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor overall GSE shop performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • •Maintain overall serviceability of equipment and plant.
  • •Ensure adherence to standard safety procedures during maintenance tasks to mitigate risk to end-users and equipment.
  • •Ensure manpower availability, stock levels of consumables and spare parts, and timely execution of scheduled tasks by planned deadlines.
  • •Maintain GSE maintenance records, perform QC checks, support audits, and ensure mandatory training compliance; report ISR-related weaknesses/incidents per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in airline GSE operations is desirable (5–7 years).
  • •Valid UAE driving license.
