Treasury Mgmt Area Sales Manager - Mississippi

Lead a team of Sales Advisors across a defined region to deliver Treasury Management sales goals. Own area sales strategy with Sales Director/Manager input, driving prospecting, pricing/structuring, and customer proposals while building profitable cash management relationships. Coach and execute the Challenger Sales Approach, manage weekly/monthly results and renewals (ACH, RDC, Wire, Special Pricing), and ensure risk/compliance training completion. Partner with internal business partners and represent the company externally.
