Investment Banking VP - Industrials / Business Services

Provide client relationship management and investment banking services for corporate and private equity clients across buy-side and sell-side M&A, and debt and equity capital raising. Lead business development and the end-to-end transaction execution process, including due diligence, pitch-book preparation, and resolution of complex deal issues. Partner with Commercial and Corporate Banking coverage professionals and may supervise junior staff while managing complex financial modeling and client relationships.
