Key Responsibilities

•Own the KPI tree and core metrics for business onboarding, keeping alignment and communicating progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
•Use data exploration and funnel analysis to find high-impact onboarding opportunities and help prioritize projects with the highest leverage.
•Lead experimentation and A/B tests by defining hypotheses and metrics, then analyzing results to recommend changes that reduce friction and boost conversion.
•Build and maintain data products, dashboards, and self-serve datasets to improve data literacy for PMs, design researchers, and engineers.
•Design LLM-ready data foundations for onboarding analytics, including clean entities, event schemas, semantic definitions, metadata, evaluation datasets, and retrieval-friendly documentation while maintaining governance and context.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in analytical roles with strong SQL and the ability to write clear, performant, reliable queries on large datasets.
•Strong product analytics experience across at least three methods such as funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, metrics decomposition, experimentation, causal inference, or opportunity sizing.
•Experience building and owning production-grade analytical assets (e.g., dbt models, Airflow jobs, semantic layers, metric stores, governed dashboards, or trusted self-serve datasets).
•LLM-ready data thinking: understand clean entities, stable identifiers, definitions, metadata, access controls, provenance, quality tests, and documentation for retrieval and reasoning.
•Excellent communication and the ability to triage by impact, deliver 80/20 results, and drive recommendations to senior stakeholders.
