Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and test production-grade diagnostics software for network switches.
  • •Bring up newly manufactured boards and support hardware validation schedules and feature delivery.
  • •Isolate failures and perform root-cause analysis of reported issues.
  • •Support new platform software and hardware features across hardware validation and testing.
  • •Create Linux-based system software and provide technical direction via architectural discussions and code reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • •Prefer at least 8 years of software engineering experience, with a significant portion focused on hardware validation, manufacturing diagnostics, or low-level systems programming.
  • •Expertise in Python development with object-oriented design principles to architect robust, scalable software.
  • •Strong understanding of Linux internals, including debugging and troubleshooting system-level and kernel-level issues.
  • •Experience with board bring-up and validation, including hardware interaction via interconnect buses such as I2C, SPI, MDIO, JTAG, and PCIe.
