Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Optimization: Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement more efficient methods for completing key closing tasks, with the goal of reducing closing days.
  • •Reconciliation Development: Design and implement new reconciliation working papers, ensuring alignment with team expectations and accounting standards.
  • •Review & Quality Control: Act as a reviewer for complex tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Note: The company is preparing for future US-SOX adoption.
  • •Accruals & Estimates: Develop new accruals and estimates as needed to support the closing process, and perform monthly follow-ups to validate accuracy.
  • •Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance and flux analysis on all accounts and subsidiaries, following the Company’s standards for financial reporting and performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis. A combination of Big Four and industry experience is highly desirable.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reconciliation tools.
  • •Fluent in English is required, with the ability to conduct meetings with international colleagues.
