Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Contracts Engagement (CE) team (at least four) supporting the operational lifecycle of contracts for the LAC region, including coaching, development, goal setting, and performance reviews.
  • •Act as the subject matter expert for end-to-end contract management across various contract types for all LAC countries, including reviewing contract requests and assisting Sales with drafting templated agreements (e.g., NDAs) and approvals.
  • •Oversee the contract lifecycle for client agreements of varying complexity, ensuring contracts are properly reviewed and approved in line with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., Internal controls, SOX) and supporting execution and archival.
  • •Drive standardization and compliance of contract processes and procedures across contract types and regions in partnership with the Center of Excellence for Client Contracting.
  • •Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Audit, and other support teams to ensure contracts align with approved financial proposals and are developed consistently and promptly; manage post-contract administration activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree, with prior contract background and experience required.
  • •Experience serving in progressively responsible operational roles in financial services, payment card, software, or information services (12+ years preferred).
  • •Prior experience managing staff in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of payment services and related credit/debit processing industries, plus banking and financial institutions laws/regulations and/or antitrust and competition law (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM/CLM tools such as MS Dynamics and Icertis, plus DocuSign or e-signature tools.
