Own employment and labor compliance across the enterprise by designing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls. Serve as a strategic compliance partner to HR, covering hiring practices, wages, discrimination/harassment, workplace violence, accessibility, and training. Define success metrics, monitor compliance gaps, and manage cross-functional compliance risk identification and assessments. Represent the company with regulators, draft and vet statutory notices, ensure contractor compliance, and drive Labour Codes implementation for Bengaluru operations.
