Job Summary

Provide on-site, field-based Safe & Secure execution across high-risk Carvana locations within an assigned geographical area. Lead incident management and safety culture initiatives, troubleshoot scanning and inventory control concerns, and reduce unit loss and fraud through risk mitigation tactics. Partner with Inventory Control and Market Operations/Logistics teams, oversee Safe & Secure Technology processes (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts), record incidents, conduct after-action root-cause reviews, and report metrics to the Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Travel between sites within an assigned geographical area and help determine travel schedules based on risk level and support needs.
•Provide day-to-day on-site support by executing Safe & Secure/Market Operations partnership tactics focused on safety, physical security, environmental support, and fraud resolution.
•Troubleshoot scanning and inventory control concerns; help track and reduce unit loss due to missing units, forcible removals, or fraud-related activity.
•Execute incident management and emergency preparedness activities, including leading incident reduction initiatives and EH&S/Safety compliance programs.
•Direct Safe & Secure Technology processes (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts), ensure incidents are properly recorded, complete after-action root-cause reviews, and report key metrics to the Area Manager.

•High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
•At least 5 years of Security/Asset Protection experience.
•At least 1 year of multi-site leadership experience.

•Experience implementing risk mitigation programs and investigating/resolving theft and fraud issues, including crisis management/incident response.
