Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategy Managers across core packaging categories (Corrugated, Liners, Media, Ice, RTE packaging)
•Develop and execute short and long-term NA packaging sourcing roadmap that supports HelloFresh’s growth strategy across brands and product formats
•Drive multi-million dollar contract negotiations and RFP processes across key packaging categories with a total cost of ownership lens
•Scale and strengthen supplier network to support menu expansion and customization and manage supply chain risk through dual-sourcing strategies
•Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to ensure packaging sourcing strategies support business needs across a growing product range

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,550 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant packaging category experience
•Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing sourcing teams, ideally across multiple geographies or business units
•Hands-on experience in RFPs, contract negotiations, category strategy development, and supplier performance management
•Strong financial acumen including budget management, TCO modeling, and cost driver analysis
•A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
